So how is the potty training going? We are taking it slow, with lots of gummie bears. The original plan was cold turkey, underwear, timer, and gummie bears. But we had no agreement, just denial and totally ignoring the fact that his pants were wet.
So after two days of cleaning and crying we stopped. About a week later, we started going potty again but at times he normally would go- before a bath, after a nap, whenever we change a diaper, etc. It has been going well, he gets on the potty readily and is learning to keep it in the bowl. So it is slow but no one is crying- I have until he is 18, right?
