Summer Fun 2011

It is a busy summer, not really sunny, but busy.
Things kicked off with the 4th of July, then the girlies helped out at a Bible Camp, we have a Japanese student staying with us, Akari, and we are all trying to soak up as much sun as we can.

Michael is grilling and working on the yard, he says that it is very therapeutic. I got to go to Orlando for the Zumba Convention-WOW! Andy plays and plays, and the girlies are enjoying friends and a little down time from their studies.

There is still so much left on our summer "to do" list-blue berry picking, Jetty Island Excursion, hiking, a campout, more grilling, and hopefully a trip to Vancouver. Can we fit it all it?

Cousin's B-Day Party

Happy Big 2 to Abbie baby! It was a Mickey Mouse Party. The birthday girl had fun with her friends and family. She enjoyed all the bows and balloons, the presents were delightful, and the cake delicious. Big thanks to her mommy and daddy for a special day.

Michael and the girls made me a delicious BBQ lunch-Ribs, corn and baked potatoes. The ribs were so tender and scrumptious. Thanks honey, for standing in the rain grilling.

Em's 16th

Lots of fun for our Miss Em's 16th birthday. Sweet friends came out, all dressed to the 9's, to wish her birthday wishes.

YMCA TKD Tournament

The girls did great! I'm so proud of their self discipline and motivation to work hard. All three are learning their forms and pushing themselves to be stronger.

Happy Birthday Party Day!

Their birthdays are not officially until Tuesday, but we partied today! Go-Karts, lazer tag, and lots of noisy arcade games. There was pizza, sugar, and more sugar; everyone came home happy. Happy 14th to Izzie and Bella, my amazing sweet daughters.

Basketball

Andy is playing Rookie Sports Basketball, he is blocking, running and dribbling. He takes it really seriously, but his main focus is hangin' with his buddies on the team. The team name is the Blue Dragon Chiuahuas.
